I.T in Nigeria

Please, we are begging the Consumer Protection Agency and Nigerian Communication Commission to come to our help, and rescue us from ill-treatment we are receiving from Internet Service Providers in Nigeria. It is horrible and unbearable! We are not having value for the money paid. Their speed and downtime is terrible.
